Delivery to UK addresses only (includes Channel Islands). For different delivery address a letter may be sent to the billing address to confirm order details. Shipping policy: The majority of smaller parcels are sent first class / recorded delivery via Royal Mail, and this usually means that products arrive 3-5 days after ordering. Christmas delivery: Just so you know the last date for posting for arrival before Christmas day is 20th December.

Returns policy: if your order is not to your satisfaction contact us via email from our website and we will issue a returns number. Each return is dealt with fairly and individually, and a discretionary 10% re-stocking charge will usually applied for goods returned to cover for the cost of initial postage and / or packing. In all cases, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. For items deemed faulty, please contact us to authorise return, and return item for inspection first. ALL CLOCKS MUST BE RETURNED IN UNDAMAGED PACKAGING AND IN A SIMILAR STATE OF PACKAGING AS RECEIVED. PLEASE KINDLY DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX OF THE CLOCK, OR APPLY TAPE IF THIS DAMAGES THE PACKAGING!
