Most of the time! Stock details are available on the website. We aim to have our website 99% correct at any one time. Occasionally you may order a watch that says “Next Day Delivery” where the watch is not in stock. When this is the case we aim to inform you by email ASAP. All our stock is kept in a secure warehouse facility.

The easiest way is to place the order online and use our Google checkout services using a well known credit or debit card. We can also take cash transfers and cheque payments though these methods will result in a delay in delivery. You can email us if you would rather pay with PayPal - this can be arranged.

Yes, but please note that we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet every competitors price. Please remember that we do not match the prices of companies outside the UK, nor will we match any prices where the competitor does not actually have the item in stock.

Delivery to UK addresses only (includes Channel Islands). For different delivery address a letter may be sent to the billing address to confirm order details. The majority of purchases will be posted the same day before 2 pm subject to stock availability. Please note that the goods remain the property of the selller until the items are paid for in full.
Shipping policy: The majority of parcels are sent first class / recorded delivery via Royal Mail, and this usually means that products arrive 3-5 days after ordering. To ensure next day delivery call 07701 069083. All products are subject to availability. Products shown are not actual size. All prices are Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the standard rate. All items are supplied in our packaging or branded packaging from our suppliers. We reserve the right to refuse any order. This site is governed exclusively by English Law.
Christmas delivery: Just so you know the last date for posting for arrival before Christmas day is 20th December.
Returns policy: if your order is not to your satisfaction contact us via email from our website and we will issue a returns number. Each return is dealt with fairly and individually, and a discretionary 10% re-stocking charge will usually applied for goods returned to cover for the cost of initial postage and / or packing. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. For items deemed faulty, please contact us to authorise return, and return item for inspection first. ALL CLOCKS MUST BE RETURNED IN UNDAMAGED PACKAGING AND IN A SIMILAR STATE OF PACKAGING AS RECEIVED. PLEASE KINDLY DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX OF THE CLOCK, OR APPLY TAPE TO THE PACKAGING!
