TopClock (Red Flag Technologies Ltd) store information entered in registration details, for administration services including order processing and occasional emails. You can explicitly opt out of communications by emailing us, and we can remove your details from our system.
When you sign up to participate in or receive a service from our website, such as newsletters, competitions, live chats, message boards or register with the registration system used, we may ask for personal information about you. Purchasing a clock
You may pay with all major credit cards using Google Checkout or PayPal. If you encounter difficulty with payment using Google checkout, please try using PayPal to pay for your clock.
The second hand is loose!
In transit it is possible for the second hand of some clocks to come loose. This can be easy to rectify by pushing the hand at the most central point onto the quartz mechanism. This secures the hand to the thread so it can rotate.

Registering with TopClock: information about logging in: Once you have entered your registration information, please enter your username and password using the menu system to the left, and then click on the login button to login.
Try the following if you are having problems logging in: (1) Have you created an account yet? If not please create an account from the home page.
(2) If you already have an account, but have forgotten your password, you can click on the "forgot password" link from the home page.
(3) If you already have an account, but have forgotten your username, you can click on the "forgot username" link from the home page.
(4) Otherwise, enter your username or password on the login panel on the home page and click the green padlock button.
(5) If you are unable to login, consider clearing your browser cache, reopening your browser and trying again.
(6) Contact support via telephone number on home page if required, and we will be pleased to help.

If you are unhappy with your clock, please contact us by email. We deal with each situation personally. The majority of our branded clocks are covered by a 1 year warranty. Usually we would charge a 10% restocking fee for returns.
